The holding company. Everything customer-facing lives elsewhere.
Erhart Industry Solutions LLC is an Arizona company founded in 2026 by Davis Erhart, a mortgage operator. It owns two brands, both aimed at the same problem: mortgage shops running on software and marketing that stopped earning their keep years ago.
What we own
Dromi
A mortgage CRM that carries a file from the first dial to the funded loan: pipeline, automations, call analytics and document processing. Sold and supported under Defenestro Technologies.
dromi.com ServicesDefenestro Marketing Solutions
Mortgage direct mail, live transfers, live data lead sales, personalized advertising and the campaign management to run them. Measured on funded loans rather than response rate.

The names
Both of them mean something.
Neither name came out of a generator. One is Latin, one is Greek, and both describe the thing the product actually does.
de‑ (out of) + fenestra (window)
defenestrare: to throw someone or something out of a window.
Latin built a single verb for a very specific act, which is already a strange thing for a language to bother doing. It survived into English as defenestration, and the reason it survived is Prague.
In 1419 a crowd threw members of the town council from the windows of the New Town Hall. In 1618 it happened again at Prague Castle, when two imperial governors and their secretary went out a third-storey window over an argument about who had the authority to decide things. That second one helped set off the Thirty Years’ War, and it fixed the word in European vocabulary permanently. English picked it up not long after.
We use it in the ordinary sense. There is a thing in the room that should not be there any more, and the correct response is to open the window.
from δρόμος (drómos)
drómos: a running, a course, a route.
It is the root hiding inside a lot of English. A hippodrome is a horse course. A palindrome runs back on itself. A syndrome is a set of things running together. In every case the word is about something moving along a defined path, which is a fair description of a loan file.
The second half of the name comes from ταχυδρομείο (tachydromeío), the modern Greek word for a post office. It is tachýs, swift, joined to that same drómos (a swift runner). Before it meant a building, it meant the courier: in the Byzantine empire the imperial postal service was known simply as the dromos, the routes and the riders who carried things along them.
Which is why the name works across both halves of this company. One side is the course a loan runs from first call to funded. The other side is the mail. They turn out to be the same Greek word.
